SEETECH is provides many solutions for assembly lines in order to perform LKA – LDWS (Lane keep assistant – Lane departure warning) calibration. Our systems are fully autonomous and automatized.
The system is composed by two main parts; The first part to grant the position of the vehicle, this can be achieved by different means. One is our position detection platform, allows the equipment to know the vehicle exact deviation and correct the gantry position accordingly. The other, is a centering system that positions the vehicle perpendicularly to the station and allowing the gentry to perform the LKA – LDWS (Lane keep assistant – Lane departure warning) calibration or testing; The second part is a gentry that position the target in its right position for LKA – LDWS (Lane keep assistant – Lane departure warning) calibration or testing. Our system with platform offers a gentry with triple axis positioning (X, Y, Z) and our centering system offers only dual axis positioning (X, Y). Both systems have an extreme accuracy (+/- 1mm). Which allows LKA – LDWS (Lane keep assistant – Lane departure warning calibration) to be performed really quickly and with a 99% FRC.
For a correct calibration, the system connects to the vehicle via OBD2 connector and communication trough CAN. What make us different from others:
- Very Robust mechanical part. Hard to break even with heavy work load.
- Our system can have an overhead clearance up to 4m (allowing the LKA – LDWS (Lane keep assistant – Lane departure warning) of trucks, buses and special vehicles to be adjusted and calibrated).
- Axle load up to 10t.
- Accuracy up to +/- 15º (high precision systems) minimum +/-25º.
- Two kind of targets straight line target, placing the metal plate at the required distance without interruption. Or L shaped with mirror in the middle in order to save space.
If you are looking for a system to calibrate or test your LKA – LDWS (Lane keep assistant – Lane departure warning) don’t hesitate in contacting us to see what we can do for your assembly plant or workshop.
